West Sign Tom Bailey

West Didsbury & Chorlton are delighted to confirm the signing of Tom Bailey from 1874 Northwich.

Bailey joins as one of the NWCFL most prolific strikers having scored 31 goals in 52 appearances for 1874 last season as he helped the breakaway club to fourth in the table and a second consecutive Mid-Cheshire Cup.

Prior to that Bailey had spent four years at Glossop North End in which time the forward scored 82 goals 215 appearances including 60 NWCFL goals in just 101 appearances. His time with the Hillmen included an FA Vase final appearance at Wembley against North Shields in which Bailey scored the opening goal.

Bailey also had a spell with Flixton and Altrincham before joining Maine Road in 2012.
