West fan experience survey 2019 – help shape the future of our club

After huge growth off the pitch during 2018, we want to can ensure that 2019 is even better – and we need your help. Whatever your relationship with West, we want to know how you feel about the club and what we can do to make you feel more at home at Brookburn Road over the next 12 months. All submissions will be used to improve the club, and to help shape it further into a community club that fully represents the needs and wishes of those who support it. A similar survey in 2017 had a huge response, and has played a definitive role in decisions taken by the club ever since – and we’re hoping for the same again.

This survey is entirely based on our Men’s First Team – we’ll be looking for feedback on our other teams in due course.

All your answers will be presented to the club committee, and we’ll present our plans for the future based on your answers as soon as possible.

Completed surveys with a valid email address attached will be entered into a raffle for a West scarf (or free entry to a future West game, if you’re already a scarf owner), and could have a major impact on the direction of the club.
