Please also read the following information, provided by FC Isle of Man:
“We have pleasure in confirming the above fixture and we are very much looking forward to welcoming your players, coaches, officials and supporters to the Isle of Man and trust you will have an enjoyable stay.
The Isle of Man is a self-governing crown dependency. This means we ARE part of the British Isles but NOT part of the UK. We have our own Government and therefore our own laws, some of which are slightly different, and we are proud of the fact our parliament (Tynwald) is the oldest in the world with an unbroken existence. It is worth being aware that we do have our own currency which is effectively the same as the British Pound. We do therefore accept the British Pound in its various forms on Island however please note that Manx notes and coins ARE NOT accepted when you return to England.
We hope that everyone thoroughly enjoys your trip to the Island and fixture against us. It is equally important that your trip to the Island is seen as a positive by our local community and we trust you will ensure all those connected with your club will do their absolute best to create a wonderful atmosphere and build positive connections with the people you meet during your trip.”
