After what has been a mixed bag of results in recent weeks, Chris Rowley’s side are on the hunt for a much needed three points this weekend. West will be looking to put things right after a disappointing home defeat to AFC Bury last time out. Whilst the majority of recent defeats have come for West in cup competitions, they are looking to build on what has largely been a strong to start to the season in the league which sees them sit in 7th place.
The home side Avro join West in being part of a selection of teams that have enjoyed a positive start to their league campaign, which has seen them occupy 4th place. After three victories in their last five matches, they present a strong challenge for West but one that will surely provide an entertaining 90 minutes for all involved.
After what seems to have been such a long time away, we are looking forward to seeing you all backing the lads on the road and pushing them all the way for the three points. Come on West!
