RECREATION GROUND | BROOKBURN ROAD | CHORLTON | M21 8FE
by Matthew Durrant · 02/05/2018
As an eventful season comes to a close, the club would like to invite fans to attend our annual Presentation Evening, which will take place immediately after the Ashton Athletic game this Saturday (5 May).
On the pitch, there have been many highs – a 4-0 win over league leaders Runcorn Linnets on August Bank Holiday perhaps being the prize result over the course of the season – but even more importantly there have been huge advancements off it. With 3 home games left, the club has already exceeded our record cumulative attendance for the season by some margin, and we’re proud of the inclusive fan culture that has developed at Brookburn Road during the last few campaigns. It is with this in mind that we would very much like for you to join us as we hand out the following awards:
Club Awards
Young Player of the Season
Clubperson of the Season
Supporter of the Season
Men’s Team
Manager’s Player of the Season
Players’ Player of the Season
Supporters’ Player of the Season
Golden Boot
Reserve Team
Manager’s Player of the Season
Players’ Player of the Season
Women’s Team
Manager’s Player of the Season
Players’ Player of the Season
Most Improved Player
The ceremony will take place from 5pm onwards, and will be free to all. Our bar, as ever, will be open for refreshments, and entertainment will follow – featuring the traditional and infamous Rob Madden’s Play Your Cards Right.
