Help choose the new West home kit

The summer of 2020 may well go down as the longest ‘pre-season’ in living memory, but that doesn’t mean preparation for the 2020/21 season isn’t already underway.

As part of this, West is delighted to offer fans the chance to help decide which kit they would like to see our First Team wearing next season. Keep on reading to see each design.

SK Kits, in Holcombe, have put together six different designs for fans to choose from. All you have to do is vote for which kit you’d prefer to see West run out in when the 2020/21 season finally gets under way.

West is also exploring the option for fans to have their names included in the design of the shirt for a small fee. Those who are interested or would like to find out more should contact the club at sponsorship@wdcfc.co.uk.

To vote for your favourite, simply head to our Twitter page and follow the instructions using #WDCFCKIT. The winning design will be announced in August.

Option 1 – A bold and daring design, this shirt mixes a sash with a black to grey fade, faint polka-dots and black shorts with a solid white trim.

Option 2 – With echoes of the classic 1990 West Germany shirt, this design may prove popular with West’s fashion conscious following. A simple black and white effort with a chevron-esque design across the chest and lower back.

Option 3 – The striking double stipe running down the left-hand side of the shirt frames the West badge, drawing immediate focus to our famous heritage.

Option 4 – A classic black and white stripe with a contemporary design on the shorts, this kit matches the old and the new to create a clean-cut look ready for the new NWCFL season.

Option 5 – The simple but elegant faded stripe directly down the middle of the shirt keeps this design clean and interesting, as does the faded stripe on the shorts.

Option 6 – With echoes of Peru, this clean and modern take on the sash – alongside a striking single white stripe on the shorts – would certainly raise a few eyebrows next season at The Step Places Stadium.
