After a productive seven days on the road, West will look to continue their promotion push at Cheadle Heath Nomads.
Last Saturday's excellent win at Stone Old Alleynians was followed up with a midweek draw at Wythenshawe Town, with Chris Rowley's side battling back from a 2-0 half-time deficit to claim a satisfying point.
West now lie four points off 4th-placed Eccleshall with two games in hand, and a positive result this weekend would position Rowley's side nicely ahead of a run of five consecutive home league games.
Nomads tore up the form book on their last outing two weeks ago, ending an eight-game losing run with a 4-1 away rout of Abbey Hey. That pointless streak means the top four is almost certainly out of reach, but Nomads will be looking to at least match last season's 9th-placed finish.
Former West favourite Ryan Eiselt has established himself in the Nomads defence since signing at the beginning of this season, while George Blackwell made the opposite move in November.
Saturday 2nd November 2019, West 0-0 Cheadle Heath Nomads: West ground out a point against Cheadle Heath Nomads despite playing for an hour with ten men. Jamie Forbes’ dismissal for a foul on the half-hour mark was the one major flashpoint in a match otherwise low on incident.
The West team that day: A. Jones, Cook, Cooper, C. Jones, Forbes, Eckersley, Grimshaw, Holt, Cottee, Boland (Middleton 35), Sigsworth (Gavin 64).
