Following a stellar 2018 for their national side - which saw them pick up competitive wins over Armenia and Liechtenstein - wets players Jack Sergeant and Jamie Coombes have been called up to Gibraltar's squad as they undertake Euro 2020 qualifying with a difficult looking test at home to the Republic of Ireland, followed by a friendly against Estonia. Among the names that the two West players can expect to face in the first fixture if selected are Everton's Seamus Coleman, Brighton's Shane Duffy, Burnley's Jeff Hendrick, and Southampton's Shane Long, whereas Estonia feature the likes of NAC Breda's Karol Mets, SK Brann's Taijo Teniste, and Mattias Kait of Fulham.
All at the club wish the boys the best, and hope they return to Brookburn Road following the international break with two positive results under their belt. The game against Republic of Ireland will be available to watch via Sky Sports, with kick off at 6pm this Saturday 23rd March. Any news on where to watch Gibraltar vs Estonia will be made available via our social media channels.
