As the club has grown in stature off the pitch - with record attendances last season, as well as the largest number of season ticket holders in our 109 years of existence this time out - we've had an increasingly amount of people looking to follow the team on the pitch when we travel away from home. While many of the clubs in our division have grounds easily accessible by public transport, there are a few that are a little more tricky.
In an attempt at stopping those difficult situations where you're looking at leaving the house at 10am for a 3pm kick off, we're happy to now be launching a West car share service, where those driving to the game can offer up spare spaces to fellow fans, and those looking to make a trip can hop in - saving time and money.
If you are looking for a lift to the Irlam game this Friday, or any future West away game, or if you are able to provide a lift to any fellow supporters, send an e-mail to email@example.com, and a member of the supporters' club will get back to you as soon with all the relevant information.
Come on, West!
