We are excited to announce our season ticket package for the 2025/26 season, alongside a new membership option.

For the first time, West season tickets give access to all 34 league matches at the Step Places Stadium across our Men's and Women's First Teams.

Season tickets include all the benefits of the brand new membership package, but supporters who are unable to commit to a season ticket can purchase membership as a standalone package.

Season tickets

2025/26 season tickets will go on sale shortly and will include the following benefits:

• Physical season ticket card
• Invitation to participate in the club's new annual engagement survey, starting with the inaugural edition at the end of the 2025/26 season
• Entry to all 23 NWCFL Premier Division home games for our Men's first team
• Entry to all 11 NWWRFL Premier Division home games for our Women's first team
• Entry to all pre-season friendlies at The Step Places Stadium
• 3x match tickets to be redeemed at any Men's or Women's home league matches during the 25/26 season*, eg bring a friend or family member
• First priority ticket sales access to any all-ticket matches, home or away, and club events such as our annual bonfire event
• £20 voucher to spend in person at the merch shed at Brookburn Road
• Your name in each home matchday programme and on the club website

From 9am on Friday 20th June, via the club website, existing season ticket holders will have the opportunity to renew for the 2025/26 season for the same price as last season:

• £140 Adults
• £100 Concessions (60 and over, 16s and 17s, students)
  • Existing season ticket holders who are under 16 should not renew. More on this below.

From 9am on Friday 27th June, season tickets will go on general sale via the club website:

• £156 Adults
• £117 Concessions (60 and over, 16s and 17s, students)
  • Supporters who are under 16 should not purchase. More on this below. 

Memberships

We are delighted to introduce a new membership scheme, enabling fans for whom a season ticket isn't appropriate but would love the opportunity to show their support and  commitment to become a member of the club.

There are two levels to choose from, with both available from 9am on Friday 27th June via the club website.

Level 1 - £24

• Physical membership card
• 3x match tickets to be redeemed at any Men's or Women's home league matches during the 25/26 season*
• Invitation to participate in the club's new annual engagement survey, starting with the inaugural edition at the end of the 2025/26 season
• Pre-public ticket sales access to any all-ticket matches, and club events such as our annual bonfire event, subject to availability
• £10 voucher to spend in person at the merch shed at Brookburn Road

Level 2 - £44

• Physical membership card
• 3x match tickets to be redeemed at any Men's or Women's home league matches during the 25/26 season*
• Invitation to participate in the club's new annual engagement survey, starting with the inaugural edition at the end of the 2025/26 season
• Pre-public ticket sales access to any all-ticket matches, and club events such as our annual bonfire event, subject to availability
• £20 voucher to spend in person at the merch shed at Brookburn Road
• Your name in each home matchday programme and on the club website

* does not apply to all-ticket matches and is subject to capacity, entry is not guaranteed 

Matchday prices

Since 2022, the club have paid VAT on gate receipts. This means, from the £7 adult entry price last season, £5.83 went to the club.

We have always looked to absorb increased costs rather than passing them onto fans, though we acknowledge this is something we can communicate better - which we now commit to.

Faced with significantly increased energy and supplier costs in 2023, we raised our matchday prices by £1. At no point did we consider passing on a second increase, so we continued to absorb the VAT costs for two further seasons.

Regrettably it's not sustainable for this to continue for a third season, and matchday prices for Men's First Team matches will therefore increase by £1 for adults and concessions.

We're most conscious of the impact of this increase on families, so we have lifted our free entry age limit from 12 to 16. This means supporters under 16 don't need to renew or purchase a season ticket to attend West matches (see above).

We're also proud to highlight that the VAT cost isn't being entirely passed on to supporters, that this increase is only the third in the 13 years since we joined the NWCFL, and also that our matchday prices remain below average for the NWCFL Premier Division.

We're happy to announce matchday prices for our Women's First Team are frozen:

Men's First Team:

• £8 Adults
• £6 Concessions (60 and over, 16s and 17s, students)
• Free for under 16s with a paying adult or concession

Women's First Team:

• £3 Adults
• £1 Concessions (60 and over, 16s and 17s, students)
• Free for under 16s with a paying adult or concession

The club is at an important juncture in its history and we have exciting plans for The Step Places Stadium, which we'll share with you later this year.
