West exited a cup competition on penalties for third time this season on a freezing night in Oldham.
Returing to scene of West's stunning 6-1 NWCFL Premier Division win ten days prior, Paul Marshall made six changes to the side that comprehensively despatched Bury the previous weekend.
In came Adam Jones, Kyle McGonigle, Max Sutton, Connor Hughes, Reuben Dass and Billy Matthews.
Paul Riley, Chris Rowney and Lewis Billingsley moved to the bench while Jimmy Moore, Jack McConnell and Jack Banister weren't in the matchday group.
Wisdom Bernard scored once in each half for the hosts and it looked like that would be enough but substitute Harvey Roberts scored with a deflected shot before Andy Briggs equalised with 10 minutes to go, finishing the rebound after his penalty was saved.
The match went straight to a penalty shootout - both sides missed their first kick but West also missed the last.
Congratulations to Chadderton and good luck in the Semi-Finals. Thank you to the supporters who braved the sub-zero conditions.
