West Women Appoint New Head Coach

We are pleased to announce that Ieuan Evans has been appointed as West Women First Team Coach ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Ieuan told us, “I am grateful to be have been given this opportunity and looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of this team and club. The team already has a strong group of players and is welcoming some talented additions so I am excited for what is ahead of us.

“ I have previously worked in several professional academies, education and open-age teams. These different environments have helped me develop my skill set and I will be looking to use that experience to: support the club’s implementation of a professional environment, maximise the players/team’s potential, and continue the growth of the club’s engagement with fans and the local community. The support the team receives on match days by people coming down to watch is evidence of the potential of this club and will give the team and extra boost as we aim for promotion.”
