Oscar’s Mega Raffle winners revealed!

Operation Oscar and West are delighted to announce the winners of Oscar’s Mega Raffle, which has helped to raise the £65,000 needed for Oscar to undergo his potentially life-changing operation.

With the current suspension of the NWCFL season, and the uncertainty of when it will resume, it was decided to conduct the draw ‘virtually’, with all numbers drawn by Oscar himself.
