Fixture Updates | Changes to end of October schedule and beyond

The NWCFL has today announced updates to their schedule as a result of the recent spate of cup games, meaning that our run of games over the next month looks a lot different to what was previously envisaged. This follows previous announcements on fixture dates, which are also included today.

Most pressingly, our top of the table clash away against Vauxhall Motors, previously scheduled for Tuesday 22nd October, has now been moved at the last moment in order to make way for the visit of Prestwich Heys in the Lancashire Challenge Trophy on the same night. This will be our 5th cup game in a row, and the Vauxhall game currently does not have a new date.

The away trip to St Helens Town in the Playermatch.com Cup has now been given a date, with our away journey there to take place on Saturday 23rd November. Our previously scheduled home fixture against Alsager on that date will now be played the Tuesday after – 26th November – in what will be our 6th midweek home game of the season.
