If you’ve been to a game at Brookburn Road this season, you may have noticed that the match day experience has been missing something. While we’re better supported than ever before, we’ve only been able to run a raffle once or twice so far at West home games due to our usual volunteers being otherwise unavailable. We’re on the look-out for someone to join our team of match day volunteers to run our raffle at all home fixtures for the men’s first team. If you’re available for every match, or would only be able to lend a hand a few times over the course of the campaign, we’d love to hear from you. In return, we’ll make sure that you get free entry to the game – and you’ll have our eternal gratitude. The role simply requires for someone to make the rounds during the first half of the game, asking fans if they would like to purchase a ticket, before returning to the clubhouse to draw a winner. You’ll be able to see the majority of the game, and you’ll be helping the club enormously as we look to increase our fundraising efforts.
