On Tuesday 12th December, West travel to Hyde United in the Manchester Premier Cup in search of a place in the semi finals of the competition, with the winners hosting FC United of Manchester. Following consultation with fans, a Supporters’ Club minibus will be provided to and from the game on the night.

The bus will cost £10 per head – bookable in advance using the link below – with any profits above the cost price going towards a new flag for the shed end, There are 16 seats available, and the trip itinerary is as follows:

Departure: 6.45pm from outside The Sedge Lynn Wetherspoons, Manchester Road, Chorlton, M21 9PN, heading straight to Ewen Fields
Return: 10pm from outside Hyde United’s ground, Ewen Fields, Walker Lane, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 5PL – with a drop off back outside The Sedge Lynn.

The trip either way will take around 25 minutes, and given that a draw would result in the game heading straight to penalties, a tied game would almost certainly not result in a change in scheduling. The game will kick off at 7.45pm, and should therefore end at around 9.30pm – with enough time to finish drinks in Hyde’s clubhouse after the final whistle before heading home.
