Preview

West come into this one off the back of five consecutive wins in all competitions and it seems that Chris Rowley’s side are getting hungrier for goals as the season goes on. This is especially when it comes to league form, as the last three matches have brought 17 West goals with only 3 goals conceded. If the lads can carry this recent form into league games at home then they could be a formidable force in the league this season, as they look to build on the 7th place they currently sit in.

Lower Breck, the visitors, are currently experiencing an indifferent spell of form as they have lost their last two league matches, however, they do present a big threat as they have secured some impressive victories over great sides this season. They will be looking to build on this as they aim to shoot up the league table with a victory on the road, they are currently sitting in 13th place in the league table.

The last time that these two sides met was in the FA Vase in 2018 and the game finished with Lower Breck running out as 3-1 victors. Let’s hope that West can put that right in the first meeting of the season between these two sides.

As we all know, a home league tie at Brookburn Road has been long overdue and we are buzzing to see everyone there in loud voice. Come on West!
